The Ancient Order of Hibernians St. Joseph, MO division is a part of the oldest and largest Irish Catholic fraternal organization in the United States. Our membership is comprised of practicing Roman Catholic men with an interest in promoting Irish heritage.
Our organization is dedicated to uniting Irish Catholic men in Friendship, Unity, and Catholic Charity.
In our fundraising efforts, we support Catholic education and local food banks.

40th Annual St. Patrick's Parade & Celebration
Saturday, March 14th, 2026
12pm - 2pm
Beginning at noon the Parade will start at Frederick and Noyes and finish at 8th and Felix. As it has the in the past, the Parade will include floats, Irish music and other entries celebrating their Irish heritage.
The St. Joseph Saint Patrick’s Day Parade born in 1867 and later reborn in 1986 to provide the people of Saint Joseph and the surrounding area an opportunity to celebrate their Irish heritage. In 1997, to keep the original idea of the Parade alive, the Ancient Order of Hibernians began their organization of the Parade and with the help of the people of the area have made it a growing success.
Join Grand Marshals, The Dolan Clan, as we march in celebration of our Irish heritage!
The Hibernians are proud to partner again with Second Harvest Food Bank and their efforts to fight hunger. Look for donation buckets located at participating establishments along the parade route.
If you’re an interested family, business, or political candidate you’re welcomed to enter a float and participate in the Parade. The cost is $100 for entry, this includes a vehicle and trailer, any additional vehicles (cars or trucks) joining your group is an additional $10 per vehicle. The deadline to enter is March 7, 2026.

9th Annual Celtic Street Faire featuring The Elders

3:30pm - 9:30pm
This year’s Faire offers our best entertainment lineup yet as our headline band is “The Elders,” a well-known Kansas City Irish band who recorded 10 albums, produced several public television specials, and headlined multiple music festivals across the USA and the Plaza lighting ceremony in KC.
Also performing are the dancers from O’Riada Manning Academy of Irish Dance from Kansas City. The opening musical act is Weston’s own Damian McCarthy, who returns to our event after several years.
Food from several vendors and beverages from several local breweries will be available.
The popular “Whiskey, Beer & Wine Tasting Experience” is available again for patrons wishing to expand their knowledge of those beverages. Tasting area only accessible to Adults 21+ showing proof of ID at $20 per person.
